Key Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment quickly and safely.
- Keep the kitchen clean and organised at all times.
- Maintain high hygiene standards across all back-of-house areas.
- Assist with basic food prep when required.
- Take in and store deliveries correctly.
- Support the chefs during busy service periods.
- Follow food safety and cleaning procedures consistently.
