Kitchen assistant for The Copper Crimp, a premium pie company, at our production kitchen in Harringay, N4.
Hours: Wednesdays, 9:00 to 4:00.
Pay: £13.50 an hour.
The job:
- Prepare fillings
- Roll and sheet pastry
- Line, fill and crimp pies by hand
- Keep your station clean and help clean down at the end
You'll need:
- To be reliable every Wednesday. That matters more than experience
- To work neatly and at pace with your hands
- A Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate before your first shift (short online course, fee refunded)
- To be comfortable on your feet all day, handling meat, dairy and gluten
- The right to work in the UK
Pastry, bakery or kitchen experience helps but isn't essential.
