Kitchen Assistant - Roll Boys. - London

Keep the Roll Boys kitchen, stores, stock and logistics organised, clean and moving, so the bakery team can focus on producing great product., Roll Boys is looking for a reliable, organised and hands-on Kitchen Assistant & Operations Support team member to support the day-to‑day running of our bakery operation. This is more than a traditional Kitchen Porter role. Alongside keeping the kitchen clean, organised and running efficiently, you'll take responsibility for areas including store set up, stock organisation, deliveries, courier coordination and general operational support. We're looking for someone who takes pride in keeping things organised, notices what needs doing and gets stuck in without always needing to be asked.Driving & Deliveries A full UK driving licence is preferred. Roll Boys is looking to introduce a company van, and the role may develop to include:

• Delivering products, ingredients and equipment between locations.
• Collecting stock and supplies.
• Supporting internal logistics and event movements using the company vehicle.

• Physically comfortable with a hands-on role.
• Proactive and able to spot what needs doing.

• Proud of keeping a workspace exceptionally clean and organised.
• Must be experienced in hospitality, kitchens, bakeries, warehousing or stock management.
• Ideally holds a full UK driving licence.
