  • Assist chefs with daily food preparation and ingredient handling

  • Prepare vegetables, sauces, garnishes, and other ingredients as instructed

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all kitchen areas

  • Wash dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and cooking tools

  • Ensure food storage areas are clean, organised, and properly labelled

  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures at all times

  • Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company procedures

  • Assist with stock deliveries and storage of goods

  • Support the kitchen team during busy service periods

  • Report any maintenance, safety, or hygiene concerns to management
    Previous kitchen experience is preferred

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene

  • Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
