• Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks, such as washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Ensure all work surfaces and floors are kept clean and tidy before, during, and after service.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring proper stock rotation and organisation.
• Support the kitchen team in adhering to all food safety and health regulations.
• Help with general kitchen duties as required to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
