Overview
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Night Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team at one of London's leading luxury restaurants. This role is essential to the smooth running of the kitchen and is perfect for someone who takes pride in cleanliness, organisation, and supporting a busy brigade in a fast‑paced environment. As a Night Kitchen Porter, you will support the kitchen and service teams by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation.
Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
- Keep kitchen areas clean, organised, and safe at all times
- Assist with basic food preparation when required
- Manage waste, recycling, and deliveries correctly
- Follow all health & safety and hygiene procedures
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter is preferred
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen
- Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
- Willingness to learn and grow within the kitchen
