- Keeping the kitchen, equipment, and work areas clean and organised.
- Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
- Checking and storing food supplies correctly.
- Working as part of a team during busy service periods.
- Supporting chefs and other kitchen staff when required.
- Helping with washing dishes and general kitchen duties.
- Managing time effectively to ensure orders are prepared promptly.
- Providing friendly and professional service when interacting with customers or front-of-house staff.
Good teamwork and communication skills. - Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Able to work in a busy environment.
- Good attention to cleanliness and detail.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Previous kitchen or catering experience is useful but not always essential, training will be provided
