As a Kitchen Porter at Little Italy, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our busy kitchen. Your responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen areas, including dishes, pots, pans, and utensils, ensuring a high standard of hygiene.
- Assisting kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks such as washing and peeling vegetables.
- Managing waste disposal, including emptying bins and ensuring the kitchen remains tidy and organized.
- Supporting deliveries by unloading goods and checking orders against invoices.
The ideal candidate will be hardworking, organized, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential. We seek individuals with a strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
