We're looking for a reliable, hardworking kitchen porter to help keep our kitchen running smoothly. It's a tight, focused operation - keeping everything clean, organised and ready for service is essential, and you'll play a key part in making that happen. Responsibilities
- Washing dishes, utensils, pots and kitchen equipment
- Keeping kitchen floors, work surfaces and storage areas clean and organised
- Managing rubbish and recycling throughout the shift
- Helping receive deliveries and put stock away correctly
- Supporting the chefs with basic food preparation when needed
- Following hygiene and food safety procedures
- Completing daily cleaning tasks and thorough end-of-shift cleaning Previous kitchen porter experience preferred
- A good work ethic and the ability to keep pace during busy services
- Someone who takes pride in keeping a clean, organised kitchen
- Reliability, punctuality and a willingness to get stuck in
- A team player who follows instructions and supports their colleagues
- Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate preferred Competitive hourly rate, discussed at interview
