Responsibilities
- General cleaning of the kitchen, including sweeping and mopping floors.
- Removing kitchen waste and disposing of it properly.
- Completing the weekly cleaning schedule.
- Washing dishes such as cutlery, pots, cutting boards and pans by hand.
- Loading and unloading the dishwasher.
- Cleaning cooking equipment such as cookers and food mixers.
- Supporting chefs with basic food preparation (washing, peeling and cutting ingredients).
- Providing assistance to all kitchen staff as needed.
Qualifications

- Level1 Food Safety Award (training provided).
