  • Wash, clean, and sanitise all kitchen equipment, crockery, cutlery, and surfaces.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen at all times.
  • Support the kitchen team with food preparation tasks as directed.
  • Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating deliveries correctly.
  • Empty and manage waste correctly and in line with sustainability practices.
  • Ensure equipment is clean and ready for service at all times.
  • Report any maintenance issues to the relevant supervisor. Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment
  • A hardworking and reliable attitude.
  • Willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment., Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Physical stamina and ability to work on your feet throughout a shift.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using relevant IT systems.
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Calm under pressure with a solution-focused mindset.
