As a Kitchen Assistant at Fallow, you will play a vital role in supporting the kitchen team, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient working environment.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as required by the chefs.
- Ensure work surfaces, storage areas, and kitchen floors are clean and hygienic.
- Handle deliveries, unpack supplies, and store ingredients correctly.
- Support chefs with stock rotation and waste management to maintain high food safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. A hardworking and reliable team player with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
