As a Kitchen Assistant at Fallow, you will play a vital role in supporting the kitchen team, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient working environment.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
  • Assist with basic food preparation tasks as required by the chefs.
  • Ensure work surfaces, storage areas, and kitchen floors are clean and hygienic.
  • Handle deliveries, unpack supplies, and store ingredients correctly.
  • Support chefs with stock rotation and waste management to maintain high food safety standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. A hardworking and reliable team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus but not essential - training will be provided.
