The NICI Hotel – Lymington is a brand-new hotel inspired by the relaxed elegance of The Hamptons, set on the New Forest coast. We are looking for a talented Pastry Chef to join our kitchen team and help deliver exceptional desserts and baked goods that elevate the guest experience.
The Role
As Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating beautifully presented, high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked items that reflect the creativity and standards of the NICI brand. Working as part of a passionate kitchen team, you’ll play a key role in menu development and daily service.
