We are seeking a committed and passionate
Pastry Chef to support our Pastry team in the daily operation of our acclaimed Michelin star kitchen.

What you'll be doing
- Supporting the Exec Pastry Chef with the smooth and efficient running of the pastry section.
- Demonstrating excellent leadership skills by guiding and supporting junior chefs in completing daily tasks.
- Leading the team on your section to consistently deliver exceptional standards of food quality and presentation.
- Working closely with Lisa Goodwin-Allen and the Exec Pastry Chef to further develop Northcote’s culinary vision in preparation for our exciting expansion, including the launch of a new restaurant.
- Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and organisation within the kitchen.
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
What we're looking for
- A genuine passion for food and a desire to learn and develop within a Michelin-starred environment.
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, demonstrating a strong foundation in refined technique.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and leadership potential.
- While experience in a Michelin-starred kitchen is desired but not essential , a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn are crucial.
