The Role

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie within a quality-led kitchen ideally at rosette standard.
  • Passion for seasonal British cuisine and fresh ingredients
  • Experience working in busy, high-volume environments
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage your own section effectively
  • Calm and professional approach during busy services
  • Excellent attention to detail and consistency
  • Desire to learn, develop and progress within a growing business
