Northcote, a Michelin-starred country house hotel in the Ribble Valley, is expanding under new ownership and seeks a committed Pastry Chef to support the pastry team in the daily operation of our acclaimed kitchen. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to our evolving vision and benefit from exceptional training as we launch a brand-new restaurant.

You will work closely with the Exec Pastry Chef and Lisa Goodwin-Allen, guiding junior chefs and driving high standards of quality and presentation.
