We’re a design-led team looking for a highly proactive, organised Project Coordinator/ Buyer to be the glue between Design, suppliers, site, and warehouse. If you love seeing projects run on time and look flawless from start to finish, this is you.

Responsibilities

  • Own timelines: Keep every project on track from concept to install
  • Connect the dots: Be the link between our Design team, suppliers, contractors, trades + external partners
  • Procurement + tracking: Coordinate supply orders, deliveries, and installations. Support warehouse ops so nothing gets lost
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project docs, track progress, manage precision with Excel + PM software
  • Problem solve: Sharp organisation + multitasking skills to fix issues before they become problems
