- Cashier Duties
- Process orders accurately using the POS system; accept cash, card, and digital payments; issue receipts and return correct change.
- Greet customers warmly, assist with menu inquiries, repeat orders for confirmation, and thank you after each transaction.
- Manage cash float, reconcile sales with payment sat shift end, and secure cash in the designated safe.
- Coordinate with the kitchen on order transmissions, cancellations, modifications, and follow up on delayed orders.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic cashier counter; follow food safety and personal hygiene standards.
- Helper Duties
- Assist kitchen with basic food preparation (chopping, portioning, assembling dishes).
- Collect, wash, and sanitise all dishes, utensils, and glassware.
- Keep dining and kitchen areas clean: wipe tables, sweep floors, clean restrooms, and empty trash.
- Monitor and refill condiments, napkins, and service areas.
- Clear and reset tables to ensure a clean and inviting dining environment.
- Support opening and closing duties, including equipment cleaning and proper dish storage.
What We're Looking For
- Punctual, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Prior F&B or cashiering experience is an advantage, but training will be provided.
