About the Role
Our client, a logistics company based in Singapore, is looking for an experienced, trustworthy Accounts and HR Executive to take ownership of the company's full set of accounts and day-to-day HR administration. This position is for someone who can work independently with minimal supervision. Suitable candidates with the right attitude will be supported with relevant courses to grow into the role. What You\'ll Do
Accounts
- Manage the full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger
- Prepare monthly and annual management reports, bank reconciliations and closing of monthly P&L
- Handle GST filing and other statutory/government e-filing requirements
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretary and bankers as needed
Human Resources
- Oversee payroll processing, CPF submissions and government-paid claims
- Handle day-to-day HR administration: attendance, leave records, onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration and work-pass matters
- Support ad-hoc finance, admin and HR duties assigned by management
What Our Client Is Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related field
- Proven experience managing a full set of accounts independently; SME or logistics/freight industry experience is an advantage
- Working knowledge of accounting software (e.g. MYOB, QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and MS Excel
- Familiarity with Singapore payroll, CPF, GST and basic employment/work-pass regulations
- Meticulous, organised, trustworthy and able to work independently in a small-team environment
- Good attitude and willingness to learn —courses/upskilling will be supported for the right candidate
