Accounts cum HR Assistant

Job Overview

Our client in Shipping is looking for a responsible and organized Accounts cum HR Assistant to handle basic accounting and general HR administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts& Finance

• Handle basic bookkeeping and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Record and track company expenses, staff claims and reimbursements.
• Prepare and submit monthly CPF contributions.
• Organize invoices, receipts, payment records and other supporting documents.
• Maintain company accounting records and provide the necessary documents to the external accountant for accounting and tax matters.

Human Resources & Administration

• Handle leave applications, leave records and medical claims.
• Assist with CPF-related employee information and other basic HR administrative matters.
• Manage general HR documentation and filing.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support as required.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and general HR administration.
• Familiarity with CPF submissions and employee leave and medical claim administration is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Responsible, meticulous, organized and able to work independently.
• Good communication skills

Other Information

• Candidates with limited experience or relevant basic accounting knowledge are welcome to apply.
• Minimum qualification: N-levels / O-levels or equivalent, with basic accounting knowledge preferred.
• Candidates with relevant working experience in accounts and HR administration are welcome to apply.
