Known for our multi-award winning baby products and plant-based cleaning range, we’re growing rapidly and looking for a talented Junior Video Editor to help bring our brand to life through engaging and high-performing video content.

What we really, really want… We’re searching for a creative and detail-oriented junior video editor who lives and breathes social content. You understand how powerful video can be in capturing attention and driving engagement, especially across platforms like TikTok, Youtube, Instagram and Meta. Reporting into our Design Lead, you’ll work closely with the wider marketing and creative team to produce content that elevates our brand and drives performance across our owned and paid media channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Edit high-quality video content for social media channels, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and paid ads.
  • Turn raw footage into engaging, scroll-stopping content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Create short-form video content optimised for performance and engagement.
  • Produce variations, cut-downs and hooks optimised for different audiences, placements and channels.
  • Apply basic colour grading and ensure consistency across video outputs.
  • Add captions, motion graphics, transitions and sound design to enhance content.
  • Collaborate with the Design Lead and wider marketing team to bring campaign ideas to life.
  • Assist in planning and preparing content for shoots, including shot lists and editing concepts.
  • Support on content shoots where needed, with opportunities to contribute to filming, framing and creative direction.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, formats and editing styles to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Organise and manage video assets efficiently.

What we’re looking for:

  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in video editing, or a strong portfolio demonstrating your work.
  • A portfolio that includes social-first and performance-focused content (paid social experience is a strong advantage).
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar.
  • Basic knowledge of colour grading and video finishing.
  • Strong understanding of social-first content and what performs well across different platforms.
  • A creative eye for storytelling, pacing and visual composition.
  • Ability to take feedback on board and iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn and develop.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in content creation or filming for social media.
  • A strong understanding of photography, framing and composition.
  • Confidence working on shoots or capturing content when needed.
  • Basic skills in lighting, camera work or directing talent.
  • Experience with motion graphics or simple animation.
