Kismet Kebabs is a leading food manufacturing site specializing in Frozen Kebabs, Chicken Kebabs and semi cooked and sliced Kebabs. We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality, innovation and excellence. We are currently seeking dedicated and hardworking Factory Operatives to join our team in LATCHINGDON, Essex.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the production process, ensuring that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Responsibilities:- Operate and monitor machinery used in the production process.
- Assisting in the production or packing of all food products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of materials as required.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is desirable.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team.
