About this Role: Kislingbury CE Primary is a friendly, inclusive, nurturing school with a family feel, where everyone is treated with kindness, respect and understanding - our children love coming to school every day! Our staff work incredibly hard to provide an ambitious curriculum so that our children receive the best possible education.
We are looking for an enthusiastic HLTA who encompasses our passion and values to join our team. We are looking to appoint someone who is:
- Enthusiastic, approachable and friendly
- Experienced in delivering cover for Class Teachers
- Able to make sure all children feel safe, happy and able to learn
- Understanding of the curriculum and pastoral needs of primary aged children
- Able to deliver and evaluate lessons, giving feedback when needed
- Confident in using a range of behaviour management skills
- Ability to work effectively, flexibly and independently
- Supportive of the ethos of a Church and Trust school
