We are looking for Life Practitioners to join our team at Tigh Calman in Thorney, Peterborough. We seek a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Life Practitioner to provide support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. Your role will be vital in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives through assistance with daily activities and community outings.

We provide a company vehicle for transportation to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle, you must have held a full UK driver’s licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 or more years.
