We are looking for Life Practitioners to join our team at Tigh Lenach in Croydon. We seek a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Life Practitioner to support individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. Your role will involve helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting with daily activities and accompanying them on community trips. We provide a company vehicle for transporting clients to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle, you must have held a full UK driver's license or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.
