We are looking for Senior Life Practitioners to join our team at Tigh Grianan in Epsom, Surrey. Qualifications, skills, and all relevant experience needed for this role can be found in the full description below.

Reporting to the Registered Manager, the Senior Night Support Worker is responsible for advocating and providing person centred care and supporting our staff team to perform their wide range of duties appropriately and effectively, ensuring they can deliver the best possible care and support to our residents.

We provide a company vehicle that can be used to transport the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle you must have held a full UK drivers licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.
