Responsibilities

• Support and work as part of a team and on own initiative
• Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes, and repairing any damage
• Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray guns
• Ensure proper coverage and smooth finish on all painted surfaces
• Clean and maintain painting equipment and tools
• Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment when necessary

About You

The experience you bring: Working professionally in a painting and decorating capacity, or demonstrate suitable personal interest and skills to execute painting and decorating work to a commercial standard and speed.

• The ability to support and work as part of a team and on own initiative
• Experience with trade-based equipment and tools; including working at height and outdoors in all seasons as required
