We are recruiting for Night Support Workers to join our newly-established team at our children\’s care home, Apple Tree Bungalow near Lincoln LN6.
About The Role
Salary: £24,524.50 – £26,526.50 DOE
Working Hours: 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM
Shift Pattern: Fixed two-week rolling rota: Week 1 – Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday; Week 2 – Wednesday and Thursday

About The Position
As a Night Support Worker, you will help young people with complex needs. This challenging role offers rewarding opportunities to make a life-changing impact on young people\’s lives. Your support will help them reach their potential.
What Will You Be Doing
- Promoting safeguarding of young people
- Participating in recreational activities within the home and community
- Supporting independence skills development
- Building positive relationships with young people, respecting their dignity
- Meeting physical, emotional, behavioral, and cultural needs
- Maintaining accurate records
- Working collaboratively with the team to adapt to individual needs
- Contributing to team development
About You
Desired qualifications and experience include:
- Passion for care and supporting others\’ progression
- Team player with initiative
- Resilient personality, able to seek support when needed
- Good communication skills
- Computer literacy
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or willingness to complete within a fixed timeframe
