SEN Class Teacher - About the Role: Kisharon Noé School is seeking a committed, skilled and compassionate SEN Class Teacher to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a specialist SEND setting, supporting pupils with a wide range of additional needs to achieve their full potential academically, socially and emotionally. You will teach pupils across a range of ages and abilities, delivering high-quality, inclusive learning that reflects our journeys-based curriculum approach and the school's strong values and ethos.
SEN Class Teacher - We are looking for a teacher who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has experience of, or a strong interest in, working with pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, preferably in early years education
- Can plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons tailored to individual needs
- Uses assessment effectively to support progress and next steps
- Demonstrates strong behaviour management skills and a nurturing, pupil-centred approach
- Works effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, including therapists and support staff
- Is committed to ongoing professional development and reflective practice
