We are looking for a talented and motivated chef to join our small and ambitious team in Fitzrovia. Working closely with Chef Alex Craciun, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, helping to maintain exceptional standards while contributing to the creative development of new dishes and menus.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Head Chef in leading daily kitchen operations
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Assisting with menu development, tastings, and creative projects
- Training and mentoring junior members of the team
- Managing sections during service and ensuring smooth kitchen operations
- Maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and organisation throughout the kitchen
- Assisting with ordering, stock control, and supplier relationships
