We’re looking for a VIP Meetings Executive to support the growth of our meetings exchange business, working across all our portfolios and building relationships with senior stakeholders globally. This is a client-facing, relationship-driven role where you’ll work closely with senior executives across multiple industries, curating tailored event experiences and facilitating high-value 1:1 meetings. You’ll sit at the centre of attendee experience, ensuring every interaction is well matched, well prepared, and delivers real value.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end VIP attendee experience across multiple events.
- Support with profiling VIP attendees to understand their business priorities and objectives.
- Run 1:1 calls with senior stakeholders to build relationships and align on meeting expectations.
- Curate personalised meeting agendas through strategic AI-powered matchmaking.
- Act as the main point of contact for VIPs, both pre-event and onsite, communicating through a mix of different channels including via MS Teams, email & LinkedIn.
- Lead the delivery of onsite VIP experiences, managing 1:1 meeting schedules and providing a high-touch, concierge-style service. This includes regular travel to the US.
Qualifications
- Confident communicating with senior professionals.
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail.
- Relationship-focused and proactive in their approach.
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a client-facing or coordination role is desirable, but not essential.
