The Role

This role will focus on driving large, high value Life Sciences audiences and delegate revenue through omnichannel lead generation. You will work to attract and engage some of the world’s leading pharma, biotech, medtech, and health tech organisations, and play a key part in shaping Kisaco’s influence across healthcare landscapes. To meet the revenue target set for each event you support, you will own the full marketing campaign end-to-end. With a strong analytical mindset and the ability to interpret complex project briefs and market dynamics, you will build evidence informed event strategies and go-to-market plans. Your channel expertise, organisational rigour, and proactive performance management will ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently and optimised to maximise every commercial opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Response Analysis & Strategy Formulation: Developing and delivering cohesive marketing campaigns that achieve targeted delegate registrations and revenue across portfolio topics.
  • Lead Generation: Building and researching a relevant lead database through partnerships and sourcing; creating dynamic campaigns to attract and begin conversations with potential members and clients.
  • Event Budget Management: Managing the marketing budget for each event campaign and portfolio topics.
  • Stakeholder & Media Partnership Management: Continually source and maintain positive relations with partners (speakers, sponsors, media, and prospects) for innovative ways to increase measurable value for the business.
  • Site management / SEO/PPC & SEM: Monitor and continually improve organic and paid search results to increase web traffic, plus overall event site management (content and design).
  • Database Management: Utilise the CRM (Salesforce and Hubspot) to generate list build strategies and for reporting.
  • Event and Event Site analytics: Manage all event weekly trackers, site analytics and closely measure performance of activity, promotions, and usability.
  • Cross department collaboration: Work closely with production and sales teams, plus external web developers, designers, and other external teams.
  • Copywriting and Content: Create dynamic and exciting copy for all marketing material (onsite and offsite at events), ensure that web content, web offers, and online elements are continually evaluated, updated, and enhanced, and create and execute strategic media/content partnerships for site stickiness.
  • Social Media & Community: Maintain customer engagement online through LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter (and others) with interesting topic discussions, active participation in conversations online, as well as repurposing and promoting content.
  • Line Management & Leadership: No direct reports at present but scope in the future but there is an expectation to contribute to team training schedule and oversee campaign performance and lead on strategy with the production department.
