As a Graduate Producer within our Animal Health portfolio, you will help drive every part of the campaign and event production process, supporting the delivery of worldâclass conferences at the centre of the global animal health, nutrition and technology ecosystem. You will research cuttingâedge topics, engage confidently with Câsuite executives, secure worldâleading expert speakers, manage logistics and keep multiple projects on track simultaneously.
What You Will Do
- Deliver worldâclass events: Support the production of highâprofile conferences and forums within the animal health portfolio from market research and agenda development through to speaker management and onsite delivery.
- Drive commercial impact: Own the development of conference programmes that underpin delegate and sponsor growth, ensuring content and speakers align with audience demand and commercial objectives.
- Build market expertise: Immerse yourself in the animal health, nutrition and technology landscape through research, interviews and networking, developing a strong understanding of key trends, challenges and opportunities.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with marketing and commercial teams to develop compelling speaker lineâups and session formats that exceed audience expectations and deliver measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inâdepth market research and analysis to create relevant, commercially viable events.
- Collaborate with industry experts and thought leaders to develop engaging agendas.
- Develop ideas for creative digital content to support commercial campaigns.
- Identify and recruit highâprofile speakers and moderators, building deep industry relationships.
- Work with the marketing campaign manager to identify appropriate marketing channels and ensure the correct market segments are reached.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotion strategies.
- Identify potential sponsors and work with the Commercial Partnerships Manager to agree on the sales plan for your event campaign.
- Work with speakers, consultants, journalists, and other information providers to source and repurpose materials for content marketing.
- Build the identity and create buzz around each event with the marketer in the buildâup to and during a conference through social media including LinkedIn.
- Develop and manage budgets for each conference, ensuring financial goals are met.
- Work closely with crossâfunctional teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage onsite delivery of the event, gaining feedback from all attending, to help improve positioning, content development and direction of that event and any ideas for spinâoff/related topics.
Skills And Experience
- Graduated or graduating with a 2:1 or above.
- Analytical, commercially minded and dynamic.
- Able to articulate and present complex information in an engaging and simple way.
- Great communication skills both written and verbal. English fluency; right to work in the UK.
- Ability to write crisp engaging copy for a technical/scientific audience.
- Highly organised, methodical, and processâdriven.
