We're looking for an experienced Bridging Loan Advisor to join the growing specialist finance team at KIS Finance.
If you have experience in bridging finance or specialist property lending and want to focus on advising clients rather than generating your own business, this could be a great opportunity.
What you'll be doing
- Managing cases from enquiry through to completion
- Advising on bridging and development finance
- Working with a wide panel of lenders to find the best solutions
- Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the customer journey
- Our dedicated marketing team provides a consistent flow of high-quality enquiries, so you can spend your time doing what you do best - helping clients and progressing cases.
- Typical caseloads are around 40 live cases per month.
