Kirtana consulting is looking for Oracle ERP/Oracle Cloud deployment Program Manager for 6months rolling contract in Warwick.
JOB DETAILS
Role Title: Oracle Deployment Program Manager
-Lead end-to-end Oracle ERP/Oracle Cloud deployment programs, including planning, execution, cutover, go-live, and production stabilization.
-Manage release and change management processes, ensuring deployment readiness across Development, Testing, UAT, and Production environments.
-Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, Oracle functional consultants, technical teams, infrastructure, security, and support organizations.
-Drive deployment governance by managing project schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, escalation management, and executive reporting.
-Oversee cutover planning, migration activities, data validation, deployment rehearsals, and go-live readiness assessments.
-Lead hypercare and post-production support, ensuring rapid resolution of critical incidents and smooth transition to operations teams.
-Manage operational performance through SLA governance, service management, resource planning, capacity management, and vendor coordination.
-Continuously improve deployment processes through automation, DevOps practices, operational excellence initiatives, and quality assurance controls.
