Kirtana consulting is looking for PTC Thingworx AMS Engineer for 6months rolling contract in Stevenage.
Job description: Role
Title: PTC Thingworx AMS Engineer (2 openings) Minimum years of experience: 5+ years Job Summary Seeking a skilled PTC Thing Worx Developer with 5-8 years of experience in Thing Worx application development, enhancement, support, and maintenance.
The candidate should have strong expertise in developing IIo T solutions, troubleshooting production issues, integrating industrial devices, and supporting enterprise-scale Thing Worx applications.
Exposure to Thing Worx Navigate, Kepware, and manufacturing solutions is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Thing Worx applications, Mashups, Services, Data Shapes, Events, and Subscriptions.
Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, SQL databases, and external enterprise systems.
Provide L1/L2/L3 support, incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and performance optimization.
Manage application deployments, releases, upgrades, and environment support across Dev, QA, and Production.
Configure and troubleshoot user access, security, monitoring, and application health.
Support industrial connectivity using Kepware, OPC-UA, MQTT and PLC integrations.
Collaborate with business, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams for new enhancements and issue resolution.
Required Skills 5-8 years of hands-on experience with PTC Thing Worx, Kepware.
Strong expertise in Mashup Development, Services, Java Script, REST APIs, JSON, and SQL.
Experience in application support, maintenance, and production troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Thing Worx security, deployments, and performance tuning.
Knowledge of Thing Worx Navigate, Kepware, and Windchill integration.
