As part of its ongoing expansion plans throughout 2025 and 2026, an opportunity has arisen for a skilled Residential Property Solicitor to join its successful conveyancing team in Nailsea.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with a strong residential conveyancing background who is looking to join a supportive, collaborative team with an established client base and a reputation for delivering exceptional client service.
The Opportunity
You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, advising clients on a broad range of transactions including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Registered and unregistered titles
- Shared ownership transactions
- New build purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Equity release matters
Working within a busy and respected team, you will play a key role in maintaining high service standards while building strong relationships with clients, agents, brokers and other professionals.
About You
- Be a qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE in residential property
- Have extensive experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload
- Demonstrate strong technical knowledge across a range of property transactions
- Be highly organised with excellent client care and communication skills
- Thrive in a team-oriented environment while being capable of working independently
