TSR Legal is delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a busy and highly regarded conveyancing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with at least 3 years' post-qualification experience to take on a varied and interesting floating role, providing support across multiple office locations in the South West.
Working alongside another Floating Residential Property Solicitor, you will assist with holiday and other cover while maintaining a high standard of client service and technical expertise.
The Role
You will manage a broad range of residential property matters and advise clients on:
- Residential purchases (registered and unregistered titles, leasehold, freehold, shared ownership and new build properties)
- Residential sales (registered and unregistered titles, leasehold, freehold and shared ownership properties)
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Equity release transactions
- Right to Buy matters
- Lease extensions
The successful candidate will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in residential conveyancing
- Possess strong technical knowledge across a wide range of residential property transactions
- Be confident managing their own caseload with minimal supervision
- Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills
- Be adaptable and willing to work across multiple office locations as required
