About Us

KT Healthcare is a family-owned organisation with personal experience of Autism and ADHD. We offer a service with a difference; one that has a real understanding of the challenges families and individuals face when accessing neurodevelopmental services.

We are seeking experienced Neurodevelopmental Practitioners in the Manchester area as we open up our first clinic in the region. We currently deliver online services and have clinics in Oxford and Chichester. This next step will offer a greater presence for our Northern clients seeking Autism assessments.

If you are able to deliver face to face ADOS assessments in Manchester we would love to hear from you. The role could be based fully onsite at our clinic, or we could look at a hybrid role offering some face to face work and some remote work. Depending on your experience and preference, you could deliver ADOS assessments only, or ADOS and ADI-R assessments.

You will work closely with our experienced multi-disciplinary team to provide neuroaffirmative assessments and accurate diagnosis for children, young people and adults. We put exceptional client service, operational excellence, a friendly and compassionate culture, and unwavering integrity at the heart of everything we do.

What we’re looking for:

  • A clinical qualification in: Clinical/Counselling/Forensic/Occupational/Education Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, Occupational Therapy or Speech and Language Therapy
  • Relevant registration with HCPC, NMC or SWE, SCW or SSSC
  • Formal training in and experience delivering ADOS assessments
  • A high level of written and verbal communication
  • Excellent knowledge of NICE guidelines and DSM-5 criteria

What we offer:

  • Realistic expectations when it comes to the number of assessments delivered – we focus on quality and clinician wellbeing!
  • Dedicated admin time to ensure you can do your best work without feeling overwhelmed
  • 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • 3 additional paid "festive days”
  • Private Health Insurance
  • Employee Discount Platform
  • EAP Service
  • Pension Contribution
  • Ongoing CPD and clinician development
  • A culture that challenges the norm – as a family run business, we know how important a fair, flexible employer that listens and cares is. We are dedicated to continuing to build a culture where people enjoy work, can thrive in their role and are supported from day one.

If you are passionate about delivering neuroaffirmative assessments, are trained and experienced in ADOS and are able to deliver some face to face sessions in Manchester, we would love to explore things with you.
