Are you a commercially driven Business Development Manager with experience selling healthcare, therapeutic, or clinical services into complex organisations? The Role

You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across multiple sectors, including:

  • NHS Trusts & ICBs
  • Local Authorities & Councils
  • Private Medical Insurers
  • Corporate Organisations
  • Schools & Educational Settings
  • Private Healthcare Providers
  • Case Management & Legal Networks

Key Responsibilities

  • Support business development activities and growth initiatives
  • Research and identify potential new clients and partnership opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Assist with preparing proposals, presentations, and tender responses
  • Attend networking events, meetings, and conferences
  • Maintain CRM systems and sales pipelines
  • Work collaboratively with operational and clinical teams
  • Help promote the organisation’s services and reputation

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Proven experience in business development or healthcare sales
  • Good understanding of healthcare, SEND, mental health, neurodevelopment or therapy services
  • Experience selling into NHS, local authority, insurer, or corporate environments
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • A track record of achieving revenue and growth targets
