Who we are
KT Healthcare is a family run company specialising in Brain Injury Rehabilitation and Neurodevelopment services. We work with individuals of all ages, families, case managers, insurers, schools, local authorities and solicitors to deliver tailored assessments and intervention. Our Brain Injury Service is well established and has a solid reputation in the medico-legal and rehabilitation sectors with a network of over 40 therapists – we are now looking for someone to build on this and manage the next phase of the service.
Role Overview
The Brain Injury Service Manager will lead the clinical oversight and development of a UK-wide complex care service, delivered predominantly by associate Speech Language, Occupational, Music and Physiotherapy Therapists. You will focus on maintaining high clinical standards, supporting associate clinicians, and developing the service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide senior clinical oversight and guidance to associate clinicians
- Act as an escalation point for complex or high-risk cases
- Quality check reports and carry out clinical audits
- Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
- Support recruitment and interview of new associate clinicians
- Build relationships with clients, case managers, and referrers in order to grow the service
- Represent the service at networking events and conferences
What we are looking for:
Essential
- Registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Speech and Language Therapist or Music Therapist
- Significant experience in brain injury and neuro-rehabilitation
- Experience providing clinical leadership, supervision, or service oversight
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Desirable
- Experience in private healthcare and/or medico legal sectors
- Service development experience
- Experience working with associate or freelance clinicians
