The Role
You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across multiple sectors, including:
- NHS Trusts & ICBs
- Local Authorities & Councils
- Private Medical Insurers
- Corporate Organisations
- Schools & Educational Settings
- Case Management & Legal Networks
Key Responsibilities
- Support business development activities and growth initiatives
- Research and identify potential new clients and partnership opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Assist with preparing proposals, presentations, and tender responses
- Attend networking events, meetings, and conferences
- Maintain CRM systems and sales pipelines
- Work collaboratively with operational and clinical teams
- Help promote the organisation’s services and reputation
We are looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience in business development or healthcare sales
- Good understanding of healthcare, SEND, mental health, neurodevelopment or therapy services
- Experience selling into NHS, local authority, insurer, or corporate environments
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- A track record of achieving revenue and growth targets
- A proactive, entrepreneurial, and solutions-focused approach
