About KT Healthcare
KT Healthcare is a specialist provider of assessment and therapy services across neurodevelopment, SEND and brain injury rehabilitation.
As our services continue to grow, we are looking to expand our network of specialist Associate Occupational Therapists to support children, young people and families across England.
We are building a trusted network of Occupational Therapists to help us respond more quickly to referrals and ensure children and young people can access the specialist support they need.
As an Associate Occupational Therapist at KT Healthcare, you could deliver a range of sessions depending on your availability and interest.
Opportunities include:
- Occupational Therapy Assessments: Completing functional, sensory, developmental and other specialist OT assessments.
- Short-Term Interventions: Delivering targeted blocks of therapy to address specific needs and goals.
- Longer-Term Therapy: Providing ongoing therapeutic support to children and young people with more complex or ongoing needs.
Flexible Associate Working
We understand that flexibility is important. Our associate model allows you to retain autonomy over your workload, choosing the cases that best suit your location, expertise, availability and areas of interest.
We will notify you of relevant opportunities as they arise, with no obligation to accept every referral.
Whether you are looking to supplement your existing work with occasional sessions or develop a more regular associate caseload, we would love to hear from you.
Associate Rates
- £70 per hour for assessment and therapy sessions plus associated administration following clinical sessions
- £40 per hour for travel time
- 55p per mile for mileage
About You
We are interested in connecting with Occupational Therapists who:
- Hold a recognised Occupational Therapy qualification and are registered with the HCPC
- Have experience supporting children and young people
- Have relevant experience in paediatric occupational therapy assessments and/or interventions
- Are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred support
- Are confident working autonomously and managing their own caseload
- Experience supporting children and young people with SEND, neurodevelopmental needs or complex presentations would be particularly advantageous
