We are looking for clinicians with a strong understanding of neurodevelopmental conditions and ADOS or ADI‑R training. Ideally you will have some experience delivering diagnostic assessments independently, but we can offer supervision and development if you have not had the opportunity to do this yet.
As an assessor, you will deliver in‑person ADOS assessments at our clinic in Didcot, Oxfordshire, as well as some online ADOS and ADI‑R assessments (if trained in both tools), working closely with our experienced multidisciplinary team to provide accurate diagnosis. We deliver NHS‑funded assessments, private assessments and post‑diagnostic services, putting exceptional client service, operational excellence, a friendly and compassionate culture, and unwavering integrity at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for passionate, ambitious and diligent clinicians to join our team to support us in helping as many people as possible access the care they deserve.
What we’re looking for:
- A clinical qualification in: Clinical/Counselling/Forensic/Occupational/Education Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, Occupational Therapy
- Relevant registration with HCPC, NMC or SWE, SCW or SSSC
- Formal training in ADOS
- A high level of written and verbal communication
- A good understanding of neurodevelopmental conditions and how these can present
- Excellent knowledge of NICE guidelines and DSM‑5 criteria
What we offer:
- 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Private Health Insurance
- Employee Discount Platform
- EAP Service
- Pension Contribution
- Ongoing CPD and clinician development
- A culture that challenges the norm – as a family‑run business, we know how important a fair, flexible employer that listens and cares is. We are dedicated to continuing to build a culture where people enjoy work, can thrive in their role and are supported from day one.
