Shape the future of a growing healthcare business. Are you an experienced HR professional who loves building people-first cultures and making a genuine impact? At KT Healthcare, we’re on an exciting growth journey. As one of the UK’s leading independent providers of Neurodevelopmental services, transforming access to high-quality assessments and therapy for thousands of individuals and families.

To support our continued expansion, we’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to take ownership of our People function and become a key member of our leadership team. This is more than a traditional HR role. It’s an opportunity to influence business strategy, shape company culture, and build a best-in-class employee experience within a values-led healthcare organisation.

The Opportunity

As our standalone HR lead, you’ll have the autonomy to shape and develop every aspect of the HR function. You’ll partner closely with our directors and managers, providing expert HR guidance while driving initiatives that help attract, retain and develop exceptional people. No two days will be the same. One day you could be advising on complex employee relations, the next leading recruitment, developing new policies, improving employee engagement or helping shape the organisation as we continue to grow. If you’re someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, you’ll thrive here.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and develop the HR function across the business
  • Act as the trusted HR advisor to managers and employees
  • Partner with the Senior Leadership Team on people strategy and organisational growth
  • Manage employee relations including performance, absence, disciplinary and grievance matters
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and HR best practice
  • Develop and continuously improve HR policies, systems and processes
  • Oversee HR systems, ensuring workforce records remain accurate and compliant
  • Produce meaningful HR reporting and workforce insights
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and help foster a positive, high-performing culture
  • Line manage and develop a member of the People team

About You

We’re looking for someone who is confident, approachable and commercially aware, with the ability to build trusted relationships across the organisation. You’ll have:

  • Significant experience in a standalone HR Manager, HR Business Partner or People Manager role
  • Ideally, experience within a healthcare organisation
  • Excellent knowledge of UK employment law
  • Previous experience within a growing SME
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Strong coaching and stakeholder management skills
  • The confidence to influence senior leaders
  • Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to balance strategic projects with day-to-day operational HR

Our Benefits:

  • 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • 2 additional paid festive closure days

  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Employee Discount Platform
  • Company pension
  • Enhanced sick pay
