The Role

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Graduate or Apprenticeship pathway Building Surveyor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across a broad range of surveying services. You will work closely with senior surveyors and directors, contributing to both professional and project‑based work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with technical surveys, inspections, and site visits
  • Supporting the preparation of:
    • Condition Surveys
    • Dilapidations reports
    • Party Wall matters
    • Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules
  • Assisting in the delivery of project work, including new build, refurbishment and maintenance schemes
  • Contract administration duties, including site inspections and reporting
  • Preparing designs, specifications, and schedules of works
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, and consultants
  • Supporting compliance with health & safety and statutory requirements
  • Maintaining accurate project and client records

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Educated to degree level in Building Surveying (RICS accredited) or Apprenticeship pathway (RICS accredited) working towards APC qualification.
  • Keen to progress towards MRICS status
  • A strong communicator with a professional approach
  • Highly organised and detail‑oriented
  • Proactive, with a willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a small team
  • Full UK driving licence
