The Opportunity
This is more than a senior surveying role. It’s a leadership position with influence, autonomy, and real impact. You will work closely with the Directors to:
- Lead and grow key client relationships
- Deliver high-quality professional and project-led building surveying services
- Contribute to business strategy and growth initiatives
- Strengthen our presence in existing and emerging markets
We are a small progressive Chartered Building Surveying Practice established over 40 years ago, delivering high-quality professional and project services across the commercial and residential sectors. The opportunity requires experience and technical expertise but also ambition to take the Practice forward.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- MRICS qualified with strong post-qualification experience
- Commercially astute and confident in winning and retaining work
- Experienced across core building surveying services (building surveys, dilapidations, contract administration, defect analysis, party wall negotiations and insurance claim management etc.) with a strong technical understanding of building pathology, design and construction processes.
- A natural leader who is confident in client facing environments
- Motivated by progression, influence, and long-term opportunity
You’ll likely already be operating at Associate level or be a Senior Surveyor ready to step up.
