About Kiroex
Kiroex is a trading education ecosystem where professional traders and educators build paid subscription communities, run live sessions, publish trade setups and courses, and monetise their knowledge — all in one place. We have just launched and we are building the most credible home for trading education communities in the market.
We are a small founding team moving fast. Everyone who joins at this stage has real responsibility, genuine creative input, and direct access to the founders. There are no layers here.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a talented Content Creator to join us at the ground floor. This role has no salary — but depending on where you are in your career, what we are offering in return may be worth more.
Three options. Choose what fits.
Option 1 — Voluntary / Portfolio Builder
You want real commercial experience and something to show for it. You produce quality content for Kiroex and in return we invest in you.
What you get:
- A professionally designed and built personal portfolio website — created by the Kiroex team from scratch, hosted live, yours to keep. Not a template. A real website built to commercial standard showcasing your work, skills, and experience. For most early-career creators this is the difference between getting the job and not.
- A private portfolio pack of every piece of work you produced — documented and attributed to you in a format you can share with employers and clients
- A LinkedIn recommendation from the Kiroex founders published on your profile — describing specifically what you built, the brief, and the standard you delivered
- A written reference letter on Kiroex letterhead
- First consideration for a paid role when budget allows
Minimum commitment: 8-10 hours per week for 3 months.
Option 2 — Affiliate Content Creator
You have an audience in trading, finance, or entrepreneurship — even a small one. You create content about Kiroex, drive signups, and earn commission on every person who joins through your link.
What you get:
- Commission on every educator, member, and trader who signs up through your content — paid monthly, automatically, for as long as they remain on the platform
- Passive income that compounds. An educator with 50 members paying £200/month generates £10,000/month in community subscriptions. Kiroex takes a 10% platform fee. You earn a percentage of that every month without additional work.
- Co-marketing from Kiroex — we amplify your content to our own audience
- Early access to platform news so your content stays ahead
- If your content converts consistently we will build your portfolio website as part of the partnership
- Your own pace. Your content is your campaign.
Option 3 — Placement / Internship
You are on a university placement year or seeking an industry internship. You want real responsibility, not busy work.
What you get:
- A professionally designed portfolio website built during your placement — live before you leave
- Structured placement with real briefs, real deadlines, and weekly check-ins with the founders
- LinkedIn recommendation, formal placement reference letter, and university documentation
- Exposure to product, marketing, investor relations, and growth strategy — more in three months than a year at a large corporate
- Affiliate commission on top — if your content drives signups, you earn from them
Minimum: 3 months. Full placement year preferred.
What You Will Create
Depending on your skills:
- Social media content — posts, carousels, and graphics
- Short-form video — reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts
- Podcast support — editing, show notes, and audiograms
- Email newsletters and campaign copy
- Branded graphic assets and promotional materials
Who We Are Looking For
Across all three options:
- Genuine creative ability in at least one format — writing, video, design, audio, or social media
- An interest in trading, finance, fintech, or the creator economy
- Self-directed — you run with a brief without needing daily management
- Reliable — voluntary or not, if you commit to something it gets done
One important note: all public-facing content is published under the Kiroex brand. Your attribution is private, documented, and backed by a founder recommendation. We will not put your name on our brand content — but we will make sure your contribution is formally recognised and professionally presented in a way that actually helps your career.
