Play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of the workforce at The Kirkwood.

Coordinate and support learning across the organisation, ensuring training programmes are organised, compliant and accessible.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Experience in an administrative, coordination or support role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Experience maintaining systems, records and reports.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
  • Experience handling confidential information appropriately.
