We are seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our kitchen team in a busy hotel kitchen setting. The ideal candidate will be used to a busy kitchen and assist the Head Chef in overseeing food preparation, ensuring high-quality dishes, and maintaining a smooth kitchen operation.

Duties

  • Assist the Head Chef in creating and executing menu items
  • Supervise kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking
  • Ensure adherence to food safety standards and regulations
  • Manage inventory and ordering of supplies
  • Contribute to menu planning and development
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen

Experience
